With 8+ years of extensive experience in market intelligence and strategy, Irida Koco is joining HelloInfo as a Senior Consultant. She has worked primarily with B2B customers, leading complex and analytical research studies and developing actionable insights that support decision makers and senior leadership in making impactful, strategic business decisions.
Irida is passionate about collaborating closely with clients in providing approachable intelligence and ensuring the highest level of project success. We are confident that Irida will bring an exciting perspective to the HelloInfo team.
Q: What do you love most about your job?
I have been fortunate enough to work with both SMB and enterprise clients across all major industries, including Technology, Telco, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Pharma, Shipping & Logistics, CPG and more. This has given me so much exposure and insight into how different businesses operate based on their industry, different product areas, unique business needs and so on, and apply my creative and analytical skills accordingly. This makes each project I execute an exciting, unique experience that always challenges my strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Q: What is your favorite industry?
While I have appreciated learning about industries and product areas I may have otherwise not had the opportunity to, I think one of the most exciting industries for me is Technology as it is ever-changing and so fast paced. I appreciate the speed of innovation, creativity and learning about all the different technologies that could be applied across so many types of product areas, businesses, and use cases. I am most intrigued by advanced technologies and processes like advanced automation, AI/ML, robotics, real-time collaboration and communication technologies, 3D visualization and more, and how they are shaping and transforming our personal and professional lives.
Q: Why did you go into a career of research and consulting?
I am grateful to work in a field where I am constantly being challenged out of my comfort zone, learning new things, meeting new people and collaborating with others to achieve a common goal. However, what I love most about my profession is how rewarding it feels to be able to have a direct impact on your clients’ strategic planning and decision-making.
Q: Are you an early bird or a night owl?
I used to thrive working in the late evening hours throughout my education and early career days. Now, thanks to my early bird children, my day begins well before 6:00am! It has been an adjustment, but there’s something extra peaceful about feeling like you’re awake before everyone else and beginning your day with a boost of productivity.
Q: What book is sitting on your nightstand?
Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know by Adam Grant. It focuses on the power behind embracing the unknown to create a culture of learning and exploration. Grant relies on evidence-based research to demonstrate that even the most creative geniuses and greatest leaders become more productive and innovative by being constantly willing to rethink their stances, admitting when they don’t know something and seeking critical feedback.
Q: What are you most excited about joining the HelloInfo team?
As a consultant, you always want to be seen as a trustworthy extension of your client’s team, helping them solve problems and address various needs in the most intelligent, but approachable and pleasant way possible. I am excited to work for a company that has this shared mission, and to be part of such a dynamic, inclusive and collaborative group of professionals!
